A visit to the home of George Washington is a great American adventure everyone should experience.  Your tour will include the Mansion, outbuildings, and Museum; visit Washington’s tomb; explore the Pioneer Farm and round barn; enjoy strolling in the gardens and visit the gift shop.     A delicious lunch is included at Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant.  Please provide a meal choice when making your reservations.  Your choices are Meat Loaf with Mushroom Gravy, Roasted Turkey with Corn Bread Stuffing & Gravy or Virginia Sugar Baked Ham.  We conclude our day with a visit to Tudor Place Historic House and Garden.  A National Historic Landmark, Tudor Place was once the home of Martha Custis Peter, granddaughter of Martha Washington.  To provide you with the best possible tour experience you will be given a guided tour through this 1816 neoclassical house that includes six generations of family furnishings.  Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful gardens and visit the gift shop before we depart for home.  Note:  Please wear comfortable shoes (no heels).
