Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

Today’s day trip features a special double-header adventure consisting of 2 exciting places that are fun, affordable, educational, and all within the “Big Apple” of New York City.  First we embark on a 2 hour sightseeing harbor cruise aboard Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises to experience the grandeur of midtown and lower Manhattan from the waters of New York harbor.  You’ll enjoy magnificent views of the world’s premier skyline, and have a “close encounter” of the best kind with the Statue of Liberty.  A box lunch is included.  After our cruise we will visit the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, now boasting new exhibits, interactive elements, newly opened areas of the ship and a completely restored aircraft collection, all along side the former USS Growler submarine and a British Airways Concorde.  The new Intrepid Museum is a unique journey, filled with spectacular interactive exhibits and virtual, multi-sensory technology.  Fast food stops will be made both en route to New York City and on the return trip home.
