Welcome to a New York classic, The Russian Tea
Room for a delicious luncheon. For over eighty years many of New
York’s defining cultural moments have been intimately connected with the Russian
Tea Room. Ever since members of the Russian Imperial Ballet founded the
restaurant in 1927, it has been a second home for news makers, media headliners
and the intellectual elite. The Russian Tea Room remains an exclusive enclave
where actors, writers, politicians, and businessmen plan their next deals and
celebrate their friends’ latest Carnegie Hall performances. After lunch, we
embark on a 2 hour sightseeing harbor cruise aboard Circle Line
Sightseeing Cruises to experience the grandeur of midtown and lower
Manhattan from the waters of New York harbor. You’ll enjoy magnificent views of
the world’s premier skyline, and have a “close encounter” of the best kind with
the Statue of Liberty. A rest stop will be made en route to New York City, and
a fast food stop will be made on the return trip home.
