Orlando, Florida 15-Day Get-Away

The requests are in, you asked for it, and here it is an extra day!  Escape the winter blues!  This tour offers you the flexibility to do your own thing, and includes free tours, breakfast each morning, plus a day excursion to a casino in Tampa.  Our accommodations for the next twelve nights are at the Quality Inn Plaza, located on International Drive.  Bring your bathing suit to take advantage of the hotel’s three outdoor pools.  The hotel has a restaurant offering delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners, (kids 11 and under eat free), a lounge, gardens, a playground, and a video arcade.  A refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are provided in your hotel room.  There is the I-Ride trolley that runs up and down International Drive.  Located within a block of our hotel you will find over 30 restaurants, 21 movie theatres, plenty of outlet stores, miniature golf, and so much more! 

Day 1: Welcome Aboard!  Travel in comfort aboard our deluxe motor coach to sunny Orlando, Florida.  We overnight in Santee, South Carolina.  Dinner is on your own.  There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.           

Day 2: After a deluxe continental breakfast we depart for Orlando, Florida, home to world-famous Walt Disney World.  Our accommodations for the next twelve nights are at the Quality Inn Plaza, located on International Drive.  A delicious buffet dinner is included at the hotel’s restaurant at your leisure.  (B, D)

Day 3: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.  (B)      

Day 4: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World, Disney Parks, Air Boat Rides and Epcot’s fireworks at night.  (B)    

Day 5: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World and Kennedy Space Center.  (B)

Day 6: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, Florida.  (B) 

Day 7: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World, The Florida Mall and an evening trip to the Downtown Disney Marketplace.  (B)

Day 8: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World and the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, (admission included), an old-time Florida attraction comprised of “jungle” pathways and dozens of tropical birds, alligators and other South Florida critters.  Enjoy having the unique experience of getting up close to a free-range flock of flamingos which you can feed by hand.  This exciting and unique tour will have you talking about it for days to come!  (B)

Day 9: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Holy Land Experience.  (B) 

Day 10: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World, Disney Parks and Epcot’s fireworks at night.  (B)

Day 11: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World, Gatorland, “Alligator Capital of The World” and Air Boat Rides.  (B) 

Day 12: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Tarpon Springs for shopping and lunch.  Later we drive to Clearwater Beach, Florida to enjoy the Sunset Festival on Pier 60.  (B)

Day 13: After a buffet breakfast we will offer transportation to Sea World and the Disney Parks.  (B)

Day 14: After a buffet breakfast we depart for our overnight stay in Florence, South Carolina.  There will be time for some last minute souvenir shopping, and to purchase fresh fruit on our return trip.  Dinner is on your own.  There are several restaurants conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.  (B)

Day 15: After a deluxe continental breakfast we depart for home taking with us warm memories of your fun-in-the-sun winter get-away vacation!  (B)
