We are joined by our step-on guide in the
Raystown Lake region and begin our tour at the Lake Raystown Resort & Lodge
for fresh coffee cake and a hot beverage at the Resort Center. A
tour of the complex follows. Next we depart for Seven Points Marina
where you’ll board the Princess Cruiser for a one-hour cruise. As
we cruise on Raystown Lake enjoy soup & salad, while experiencing
the lakes natural beauty. The Raystown Lake Visitor Center is our next
destination. Here you can explore the exhibit area and interactive displays,
and visit the Raystown Reflections Gift Shoppe. The adventure continues as we
depart for Miller’s Diner for your entree. Your hostess, Sweet
Annie, will entertain and delight you with her “from your garden to the table”
insight. Next we travel to Historic Huntingdon to tour Gage
Mansion, a Queen Anne Victorian home built in 1896. Your hostess will
provide a guided tour of this exceptional three-story home. The six
fireplaces, ballroom on the third floor, stained glass and beautiful original
woodwork will delight you. Shop at Sweet Annie’s Herb, and enjoy
dessert with coffee & tea before departing for home. Rest stops will be
made both en route to the Raystown Lake Region area and on the return trip
home.
