Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island

Liberty State Park, NJ

The Statue of Liberty is one of the abiding images of America.  Ellis Island is one of the country’s most important historic sites.  Spend the day visiting one or both of these two landmark national parks.  We board the Circle Line Ferry at Liberty State Park in New Jersey to make our way to the islands, and as a bonus we are treated to a fabulous view of the Manhattan skyline on route.  A fast food stop will be made on the return trip home, on your own.  Note:  To fully enjoy your time on the islands, we suggest that you pack yourself a light lunch.
