Today’s day trip adventure will include a delightful treat that has been
prepared just for you! First we board The Moshulu, the largest four-masted
sailing ship in the world, for a truly memorable dining experience. Now a
floating restaurant, The Moshulu is permanently docked at Philadelphia’s
Penn’s Landing. Relax and enjoy a delicious luncheon and fine service in
the unique atmosphere of the ships Orchid Room. The meal concludes with a tasty
surprise. Not only will the ship feature special decorations to acknowledge the
visiting ladies who dress in purple and red, the chefs will prepare and serve a
unique Red Hat dessert! Please provide a meal choice when making
your reservations. Your choices are Herb Crusted Boneless Chicken Breast,
Pork Tenderloin, or Seared Jail Island Salmon. Following lunch we
will travel to the QVC Studios for a one-of-a-kind guided walking
tour through the fantastic world of electronic retailing. At this
state-of-the-art broadcasting facility, you will see and experience first hand
how QVC products are sourced, tested, brought to life on air, and delivered to
millions of QVC customers. Along the tour there will be glimpses into the
studio, including a spectacular view from an observation deck.
