Day 1: Welcome Aboard!  Sit back and relax as we travel in comfort aboard our deluxe motor coach through Maryland, Virginia, and into North Carolina.  Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner before checking into the Sleep Inn and Suites in Concord, North Carolina for the next two nights.

Day 2: After a deluxe continental breakfast we depart for Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens where we will visit meticulously groomed formal gardens and natural woodland, meadow, and wetland areas.  No trip to this unique garden would be complete without also visiting the gardens spectacular greenhouses with their collection of tropical plants, and its myriad of annual and perennial flowers, shrubs, vines, and trees.  The Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens has been named one of HGTV’s “20 Great Gardens.”  Next we will tour the newly dedicated Billy Graham Library.  The library is located on 63 acres that includes the Graham family homestead and the prayer garden where Dr. Graham’s wife Ruth is buried.  The tour offers you a look at key historic evangelistic events in Billy Graham’s life, his use of radio and television to reach out to millions of people around the world, his meetings with presidents and other world leaders, and a fascinating glimpse into his personal life.  Before departing, we enjoy a light sandwich lunch at The Graham Brothers Dairy Bar located on the library grounds.  Our touring continues with a narrated driving tour of Charlotte, the “Queen City”.  The tour will include Charlotte’s financial district, Independence Square, and a visit to the historic Fourth Ward area filled with beautifully restored Victorian and Colonial Revival homes.  End the day on a musical note with a delicious dinner.  Following dinner we attend a delightful performance of the Broadway musical Wicked, the untold story of the witches of Oz. 

Day 3: After a deluxe continental breakfast we depart for home reminiscing about the remarkable life’s work of Dr. Billy Graham, and his dedication to Christian ministry.  We return home by late afternoon.
